Your exam is round the corner and you have all sorts of anxiety and confusion. Adding to that is your elders who constantly remind you that it's your tenth board exams and you got to do extremely well in it. Why just well, you have to top it. Well, it's not an impossible task but at the same time, it's not a cakewalk too. With proper tips and techniques, you'll be able to top in your math exams.
1) Get your concepts right
If you are not able to solve your math problems as fast as some of your friends, it only means that you're missing out on something very crucial. And in most cases, it's the fundamental aspects of a particular concept. Get your concepts right first! It doesn't matter if it's late or of your friends have already started solving sums. You will only be able to solve once your foundation of the chapter is set right. Take help of your teachers or friends or online classes and ensure your foundation is very strong! Half the job is done for you once this is accomplished.
2) Get hold of a good workbook
That's the thing with Maths! You got to work out problems. Without practice, you'll not be able to solve these problems in your answer sheet as well. The more you practice, the stronger you get at that particular concept. Get a nice maths work book and start working them out everyday. Especially, if math is a tough nut for you to crack, you must practice more and more. Refer class 10 maths RD Sharma solutions for best answers.
3) Practice all theorems and derivations
These are some sure shot questions and these will help you score some marks easily. Practice all your theorems and derivations thoroughly. Do not go through them but practice them in writing. Do not read them orally as there are high chances that you're going to forget them very soon.
4) Write your answers in step by step approach
Many students lose marks in maths just because they're not solving problems in a step by step format. They simply write 2 to 3 steps and arrive at a final answer. You might be able to process answers very fast and may be able to skip some steps that you find to be 'very obvious', but your evaluator doesn't know that, right? So, you got to write your answers in a systematic step by step format if you don't want to lose marks! Get full marks for all the sums by following this procedure!
