IIT JEE exam is unarguably one of the toughest exams to get through. No doubts on that! 1) Prioritise the topics
Study all the chapters that are prescribed by the examination board - Now, this sentence is very old school and it applies only until your schooling years. Most of the students can answer most of the questions of IIT JEE. But the real challenge is will they be able to answer it within the given time? In order to complete your paper and answer maximum number of questions, it is crucial to improve your problem solving speed. You must practice hundreds of problems. Do watch IIT JEE video lectures given by different experts who'll give you tips on improving your problem solving speed. To win the race, you got to be the one who runs fast, right?
3) Know the question paper patterns
Anything that comes in surprise is dealt in a very poor manner by humans. So, never ever make the mistake of letting your IIT JEE question paper to come as a surprise to you. You must know the question paper pattern very well which'll prepare you for your exam. You can watch various IIT JEE video lectures in which speakers will give you insights about the question paper pattern or just refer to previous year question papers to get a good clue about it. Don't enter the exam hall without doing this one!
4) Strong hold on mathematics
Love it or hate it, you got to admit that mathematics has to be strong if you want to score well in your IIT JEE exam. A lot of physics based questions will require good knowledge in maths to solve both simple and complex questions. So, get your maths perfect!
